By Purchasing a report from Trinity Building and Pest Inspection, YOU agree to a second charge of $225 plus any applicable payment fee to automatically occur on your card if I or someone I purchase the report on behalf of are the successful purchaser of the property.

The report will then be placed in your name so it can be relied upon for insurance purposes.

Purchasing a separate report does not excuse you from this charge. When paid, the report will be transferred into your name so it can be relied upon for insurance purposes.

There will be no extra charge if you are unsuccessful in purchasing the property.
